Accessing your Siena E-mail

All new students should log to their new Siena e-mail account as soon as they confirm  

We will be using e-mail to send you important updates and other important information regarding orientation events, housing assignments, etc.

To set up the account, you’ll need to locate your username and password.
These will be sent to you in a letter, but for further clarification, see:


Before you log into the system, you will need to register at the Password Portal.
The Registration Portal site is located at: Here, you will enter your information and select three security questions. 

After registering for the Portal, you will need to visit the Password Portal at: 

Here you will answer the three security questions and then change your initial password. 

Once you have changed your initial password, to access the log in location, go to and click on the Google Apps icon.

Important to note: Your Siena email is a Gmail account. If you currently use Gmail, you will need to log out of your personal account and then add an account with your (Don't forget to add!)
