Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory 2009 

The Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (NLSSI) asks respondents to consider a number of statements about their college experience, on topics including academics, extracurricular activities, various campus offices and personnel, cost and financial aid, and the physical plant. Respondents are asked to identify the importance of each item, and then to identify how satisfied they are with their experience at Siena in that area.

The Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (NLSSI) was conducted in Fall 2009. with 534 students responding. Respondents were distributed evenly across the classes, with slightly more respondents in the sophomore class. Respondents were also representative in terms of race and ethnicity. Female students were over-represented, providing 65.6% of the responses.
