Need-Based Grants

Siena's need-based grants are based on both need and a student's individual merits. Grants are outright gifts that do not require repayment. Students may be eligible to receive awards from multiple sources of college funds. In order to qualify for these funds, you must file the FAFSA. All financial aid awards are made by the Siena College Financial Aid Committee.

Siena Grants

Siena grants range may be awarded to full-time, matriculated students.  

Criteria: Siena grants are awarded based on the student's level of demonstrated financial need and strength of academic record. 

Renewal Criteria: Siena grants are renewable provided the student continues to demonstrate financial need, which is determined by filing the FAFSA annually. In addition, the student needs to maintain satisfactory academic progress. 

 

St. Francis Community Grant 

St. Francis Community grants may be awarded to full-time, matriculated students. 

Criteria: St. Francis Community grants are awarded based on the student's level of demonstrated financial need, academic achievement and involvement in school and community programs.

Renewal Criteria: St. Francis Community grants are renewable provided the student continues to demonstrate financial need, which is determined by filing the FAFSA annually. In addition, the students needs to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
