Siena College desires to assist students and families with the payment of the student's account. We encourage students and/or families to contact our office if there are any questions or concerns regarding bill statements or correspondence from our office.
Due to federal laws, all communication is directed to the students. It is the students responsibility to work with their family regarding their financial obligations. While the student is ultimately responsible for payment of the student account, we understand that the family is a critical partner in this process. We cannot discuss the students account with any third party, including parents, if the student has a confidentiality flag on their account.
Bills are available online through our Student Account Center (SAC) at www.siena.afford.com. Bills for the Fall 2014 semester will be generated on July 14, 2014, and available online later that week. The due date for the Fall 2014 bill is August 20, 2014. Bills for the Spring 2015 semester will be generated on December 8, 2014, and available online later that week. The due date for the Spring 2015 bill is January 7, 2015. Starting in Fall 2014, paper bills will no longer be mailed and you will be responsible to view and print your bill for payment. In additional to the semester bills, monthly bills are available online throughout the semester itemizing any activity on the student account since the previous billing. You are responsible to pay all bills by the stated due date to avoid late fees.
The Office of Business Services is located in Sarazen Student Union. During the academic year our office hours are 8:30 – 4:00. During the summer our office hours are 8:00 - 4:00 Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 - 12:00 on Friday.
