Reminder: System Maintenance Window
Just a reminder that the time slot between 4:00am and 10:00am on Sundays has been approved for routine system maintenance. During summers, this time slot is frequently used and it should not be assumed that enterprise systems will be available.
Password Reset Information
Information Technology Services (ITS) has implemented a password management system - known as the Password Reset Portal - which will allow users to reset their own password when they have forgotten it. Before the Password Reset Portal can be utilized, users must register at the Portal. Instructions for registering at the Portal as well as resetting a password may be found below.

3/26/2014 Server failure
At 12:44 pm a server failed that cause service disruption until approximately 1 pm while the virtual server hosts were moved to another server.
3/24/2014 Multiple services unavailableServer failure
Please be aware that we experienced an unexpected server outage that caused multiple services on campus to become unavailable at approximately 8:20 am this morning. All services were restored as of 9:30 am.
