Actuarial Science

The actuarial science program is designed to train students to think both critically and analytically, and to develop their problem-solving skills.  Students participating in the program will quantify problems commonly encountered in business and develop the mathematical background necessary to solve these problems analytically. Students satisfying the requirements of the major will concurrently satisfy the joint educational experience requirements of the Society of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuary Society and should be adequately prepared to pass the professional exams offered by these companies.

Siena Offers a B.S. in Actuarial Science.
