Below is a copy of what you will see when you click on Mid Term (or final) grades in Self Service for Faculty.
We have added instructions in RED.
To input grades, choose a student and click on the down arrow under the Grade column.
A dropdown menu of grades will appear. Click on the grade you wish to give and move to the next person. If the grade you wish to assign is not in the drop down list, contact James Serbalik, Registrar at 783-2310 or email@example.com
When you are done inputting all the grades - or at any time during the process - click on Submit ( bottom left corner).
Your grades have now been submitted.
You can come back to this screen any time to change your grades until the grades are "rolled".
You do not have to put anything in the Last Attend Date or the Attend Hours columns ( but we can't make them disappear)

Enter mid-term grades and last attendance date and hours. If Confidential appears next to a student's name, the personal information is to be kept confidential.
